What to include

the email address you sign in with;
the project name and the screen you were on;
what you did, what you expected and what happened (a screenshot helps);
please do not email client documents; name them instead, and we will look inside the project if you ask us to.

AI takes minutes, not seconds. Reading a document takes about 2 to 8 minutes, answering a question about 2 to 3 minutes, and drafting a document about 3 to 4 minutes. You can leave the page and come back.
"AI workstation offline" means the private AI service is paused. Your request waits, or you can try again later; everything else keeps working.
Waiting for approval? New accounts are approved by an administrator. If you have waited more than one business day, email us.
Can't see a project? Ask its owner to add you as a member.

The in-app Help page covers each screen once you have signed in.
