WMS Serton

The working system for Manhattan Active WM delivery consultants

WMS Serton keeps an implementation’s discovery, playbooks and saved documents in one place, with AI-assisted reading and project-document questions to support consultant review and decisions.

Who it is for: independent consultants and delivery teams implementing or evaluating Manhattan Active Warehouse Management.

What it does today

Discovery from your documents

Upload requirements, notes or workshop outputs. The AI reads them and proposes discovery facts (processes, risks, fit-gaps) for you to accept or reject. Nothing is published without a consultant reviewing it.

Ask a project’s documents

Ask a plain-English question about one engagement and get an answer quoted from that project’s own documents, with the source named.

Delivery playbooks

Apply a standard Manhattan Active WM playbook (for example inbound and receiving) to a project, review each item, and keep the reviewed state with the project.

Previously saved documents

Access previously saved documents as Word where project access and quarantine checks permit. Historical drafts need review; saved access is not evidence of successful new generation or approval. AI template drafting is unavailable in this release while grounding checks are reviewed.

Client material stays in its project

Material marked as belonging to one client is kept out of shared libraries, exports and other projects. Each project has its own members and editors.

Runs its AI privately

AI work is queued to a private model rather than a public cloud AI service, so client documents are not sent to a third-party AI provider.

Coming: answers from Manhattan’s own product documentation, once licensing of that source is confirmed.
